**Oregon Medical Group/Optum** is a primary care-based, multi-specialty group with offices throughout the Eugene and Springfield area. The group was established in 1988 when local clinicians envisioned a new practice that would allow them to provide patient-centered care and to live and work in the Willamette Valley.
More than 30 years later, the same elements drive the organization's success and attract new clinicians to the community. Oregon Medical Group now consists of internists, family practitioners, pediatricians, obstetricians/gynecologists and many specialties including orthopedics, otolaryngology, endocrinology, pain management, podiatry, rheumatology, dermatology, sports medicine and neurology. We have a wide variety of ancillary services to support quality patient care and access, including laboratories, diagnostic imaging, a women's health center, infusion services, anticoagulation, audiology, physical therapy and travel medicine.
We have immediate opportunity for experienced **_Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant_** to join our Primary Care team in Eugene/Springfield, OR. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.
**Position Details:**
+ **_Flexible practice models include Traditional, Hybrid & Virtual_**
+ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5p
+ Full-time or Part-time
+ Manage patient care in outpatient setting.
+ Average Daily Patient Census: 18 patients
+ Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric aged patients; general in office procedures.
+ Medical Assistant to support clinician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments
+ EMR - EPIC
+ DAX - AI-powered voice-enabled documentation solution
+ Leadership Pathways and Partnership

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
+ Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain
+ Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Program
+ Board Certified or Board Eligible
+ Current BLS from the American Heart Association required
+ Excellent patient care and time management skills
+ Ability to work in fast pace environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of experience in Primary Care or managed care setting
