HR Assistant-CNA Scheduler
Location: 119-Southern Utah Veterans Home - Ivins, St. George, UT, 84738
Job Description:
The HR Assistant-CNA Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff for the Southern Utah Veterans Home. This includes managing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and communicating with staff and management regarding scheduling needs and changes. The HR Assistant-CNA Scheduler will also assist with other HR-related tasks as needed, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate CNA staff -for the Southern Utah Veterans Home
* Manage schedules for approx. 120 CNA's and ensure adequate staffing levels
* Communicate with staff and management regarding scheduling needs and changes
* Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must live in Southern Utah and must be onsite daily
* Prior experience in scheduling or HR-related tasks preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
