Required Qualifications:

* upon hire: Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License.
* within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
* upon hire: Must satisfy State of Alaska Licensing, Assisted Living Homes background records and fingerprint check criteria.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the area of orthopedics.
