As QA Nurse - LPN you will work closely and communicate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to assure that state and federal guidelines are met while providing residents with a safe living environment. This is a leadership role in the quality management team for quality assurance and performance improvement projects.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of accredited school of nursing (LPN) with current state license.'
* Ability to remain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, residents and families, as well as community contacts and volunteers
* Ability to work closely with the Director of Nursing and MDS Nurses.
* Adherence to HIPAA regulations, OSHA regulations and state and federal guidelines.
