Plum Market Kitchen located inside the MacNamara terminal at the DTW Airport is looking for a Barista.
The set schedule for this position is:
3p - 11p, weekends included. We are hiring full or part time.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment? Plum Market is seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers. As a Cashier, you'll be the face of Plum Market, creating positive shopping experiences for our customers while ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare handcrafted coffee beverages and smoothies.
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter.
* Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
* Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
* Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general information about Plum Market.
* Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Qualifications:
* Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
* Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
