* x3 obgyns in the practice
* 15+ deliveries/physician/month
* Lots of surgery cases
* Physicians practice minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries; numerous laparoscopic surgeries
* on-site Leap, ultrasound, Cystometrics and colposcopy
* Practice call 1:4 during week
* Weekend call 1:4 (from Friday at Noon- Monday at 7:30am)
* No ED call
