Job Title: Journeyman Commercial HVAC

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

* Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment
* Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

* 5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
* Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License
* Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
* Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
* Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.
* Strong oral and written communication required.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints.
* Valid Driver's license and able to maintain a good driving record.
