Requirements for Fire Sprinkler Service Technician:

* Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter Card Required
* Willingness to work occasional night shifts, weekends, and alternative hours to meet the needs of the customer. Required
* Fire Sprinkler installation and repair experience is required.
* Backflow testing certification OR/WA is preferred.
* Portland Fire Extinguisher Certification is preferred.
* Active Driver License. Required
* Adequate communication skills and a personable demeanor.
* Portland and Washington Fitter Card Preferred.
* Familiar with NFPA 25, NFPA 13/13D/13R. Required
* Have a growth mindset and obtain certifications promptly

Essential Duties for Fire Sprinkler Service Technician:

* Submitting all reports and relevant paperwork promptly.
* Perform Fire Sprinkler inspections, service, repairs, and minor tenant improvement tasks.
* Carry out backflow testing, and repairs.
* Service, test, and replace Fire Extinguishers.
* Manage a 40-hour workweek, with rotational on-call duty for emergency service
* Daily communications with the Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements, and general status of jobs.
