We are looking to hire a lunch bartender for our team at El Luchador

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a welcoming smile, make eye contact.
  •  Make and serve all drinks according to specific recipes.
  •  Keep bar tops clean and organized.
  •  Restock station when necessary.
  • Must be aware of all menu items, assist guests with food choices and recommendations.
  •  Must effectively communicate any allergy restrictions with the kitchen.
  •  Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
  •  Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
  • Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
  • Manage bar inventory.
  • Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age.
What we are looking for:
  • Must have at least one year of prior bartending experience.
  •  Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
