Kitchen Assistant from 10:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on student attendance days when lunch is served.

Job Summary:
Ability to effectively supervise large numbers of students (30-50) during lunch (indoor) and recess (outdoor and indoor)

Duties:
  • Project a positive image of D62 at all times
  • Keep information confidential concerning school business
  • Assist in preparation of menu items and prepare cafeteria service area as directed
  • Account for daily point of sale activity
  • Follow sanitation and health regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
  • Respectful of student and school confidentiality requirements
  • Responsible, honest, and be of good character

    Salary: $15.50 per hour
