Key Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to assemble the hardware being developed within the new product development department. This position is responsible for assembling hardware and generating and reviewing assembly documentation to be used by production in the other plants within the company. This role is also expected to provide feedback to the engineers within the department with potential design improvements to the product and tooling.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Assemble hardware using the components, documentation, and tooling provided originated by the engineers from the development teams to produce products for internal and external customers
* Identify hurdles or issues which occur during the assembly of the product and communicate them to supervisor, Manufacturing engineer and/or project engineer.
* Maintain workstations, tooling, and equipment for cleanliness and safe operation.
* Participate in regular team meetings to align on status of actions and projects with the boarder team.
* Participate in annual physical inventory to ensure accuracy of inventory of department
