What You-ll Do:

+ Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, using proven techniques to help them build skills and confidence.

+ Be a valued member of our team, supporting clients with skill-building and working on individualized care plans.

+ Record data during sessions on electronic devices, keeping track of progress.

+ Create apositive, engaging learning environmentfor each child.

+ Build strong relationships with clients- families, working together to create the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ A passion for helping children with Autism.

+ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Important Details:

+ Services are provided in clients- homes or within the community.

+ All roles start part-time with flexible hours.

+ You-ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we'll help you with this).

+ A 6-month commitment is required.
