Family Practice Physician

Shift - Full-time

Job Description

• Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.

• Provides routine diagnostic, therapeutic and emergency care for patients.

• Maintains a patient case load and has specialized training in a clinical area.

• Confers with patient, families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care.

• Supervises Physician Assistants within the family practice specialist.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.D. Degree from An Accredited Medical School Required

• Successful Completion of Family Medicine Residency Program

• Three Years Previous Experience in Family Practice Treatment

• Preferred Specialized Training in a Clinical Area

• Active Nebraska License (State Registry in Good Standing) Required

• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine

• Current DEA License Registration

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred or In Process
