• Procedures:

- Fetal monitoring

- Obstetrics: Low Risk Pregnancy--History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, FHR Interpretation-NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds-Performance of and Interpretation

- Labor & Delivery: Routine Delivery-Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery-C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

- Gynecology: Office/Minor Gynecology-IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP; Laparoscopic, Diagnostic/Minor-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic)-Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs
• No. of Exam Rooms:

- 2 (procedure rooms); 16 (LDRP rooms)

- Dedicated Surgical Suite
• No. of Beds: 15
• Nursery Level: II
• Trauma Level: II
• Ultrasound Onsite
• EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic in 2025
• Other Info:

- Can support J1 & H1B visa candidates

Requirements:
• IL license or willing to obtain
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• NRP
