We are searching for a talented Patient Access Representative - Rehab

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day Shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Southcoast Rehabilitation Services - Dartmouth, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* High school graduate or GED is required.
* Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
* Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
* Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
* Computer experience a must.
* Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
* Exceptional customer service skills are required.
* Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range

USD $16.39 - USD $27.50 /Hr.
