CTG is seeking to fill a Mail Service Associate opening for our client in Millsboro, DE.

**Location:** Millsboro, DE

**Duration:** 3 months

**Overview:**

Receives and processes incoming and outgoing mail and/or parcels from various sources. Sorts and distributes items accordingly, following established procedures.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail and/or parcels in a timely basis.

+ Sort and distribute mail and parcels in an accurate manner.

+ Operate a mail machine to accurately apply postage to outgoing letters and parcels.

+ Use in-house scanning technology to track flow of bar-coded items.

+ Complete other related duties as assigned.

**Scope of Responsibilities:**

+ Handling and distribution of daily mail and parcels.

+ Ensuring the accurate processing of outgoing mail using postage equipment.

+ Keeping track of items using scanning technology.

**Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:**

+ None.

**Education and Experience Required:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

+ Working knowledge of pertinent word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.

**Education and Experience Preferred:**

+ Familiarity with postage equipment.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

+ Ability to lift 50lb copy paper.

+ Must work with no days off unless there is an emergency (sick) or otherwise.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
