Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact via phone
- Assisting with general data entry
- Preparing quotes and general office duties
- Assisting the sales team as needed
- Experience with answering/managing multiple phone lines
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Excellent phone manners & interpersonal skills
- Full time 6:45 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- We are a friendly and supportive team of office staff
- Potential for growth into other roles within the business
