We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.  Within this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day activities to assist us in keeping the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
  • Being the first point of contact via phone
  • Assisting with general data entry 
  • Preparing quotes and general office duties
  • Assisting the sales team as needed
About You:
  • Experience with answering/managing multiple phone lines
  • Computer literacy 
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent phone manners & interpersonal skills
  • Full time 6:45 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
