Your day to day as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Grayson Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Independence, VA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this position, you will deliver direct care in alignment with all applicable laws and life care standards, prioritizing the well-being and independence of those you serve. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks, while also providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
