Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for general administrative duties, analyzing revenue reports, and working as part of a team. If the following interests you, we encourage you to apply

The pay range for this non-exempt position is $31-35/hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do

* Provides updated data for customers' equipment records.
* Pulling daily downloads and processing completed work.
* Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
* Assist with managing project costs to stay within the forecasted budget range.
* Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
* Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
* Printing maps.
* Calling or emailing for locates.
* Invoicing customers for all maintenance work.
* Time and Expense sheets for hourly billing for Potelco crews.
* Daily assist calls from crews that are in the field with locations by using Tensing, Esti and Google maps.
* Payroll and assisting crews with unit questions for time sheets.
* Administrative functions and other tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or relevant experience
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
* Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* SAP experience.
* An Excel Wizard
* Mapping experience.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
