Job Overview:

The Nurse Director s major responsibility is for the implementation of the mission, vision, philosophy, core values and standards of practice for all staff in their Department or Unit. Serve as a catalyst and role model, provides administrative leadership and direction. Responsible for the allocation of available resources to promote autonomous, effective, safe, cost-efficient, and compassionate quality care.

Qualifications:

* Critical Care experience,
* 2 3 years Management Experience
* 7 10 years of direct experience in the field

Certifications and Licenses Required:

* Current and active New Jersey RN licensure is required or Compact License with NJ endorsement.
* Baccalaureate Degree
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) upon hire

Scheduling Requirements:

* Day Shift, Full-Time, 40 hours per week
