We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Durham, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for independent practice in North Carolina
* Can commute to the location in-person at least three days each week
* At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
* Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

* Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
* Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
