Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Non-CDL Delivery Driver role available in Stockton, CA Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to 15-25 stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 am until the daily route is completed.

Salary: $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities

You will:

* Safely operate a 24' box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVW
* Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
* Properly track and document activity log
* Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
* Inspect the truck before and after trip
* Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

Qualifications

You have:

* A good driving record
* Must have a valid DOT medical card or be able to pass a DOT medical exam
* 1 year of route delivery experience
* 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
* Lift gate experience
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
* Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
