Job Summary:

Are you a skilled multitasker with exceptional organizational and customer service skills? Comfort Temp Heating and Air is seeking a dynamic Residential Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing, planning, and dispatching the workday of our residential service technicians. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the corresponding departments or personnel.
* Manage, plan, and dispatch the workday of residential service technicians based on skills, priority, and geographic routing techniques.
* Maintain the service board and ensure it is current and filled for residential technicians.
* Set up and maintain service agreements.
* Create and track residential invoices and payments.
* Process warranty claims for current open residential jobs and maintain the warranty spreadsheet.
* Review service technician and job reports.
* Contact customers for service and maintenance scheduling.
* Order supplies and parts, issue items, and maintain status for the service department.
* Review residential timesheets, add them to the time tracker, and submit them to the supervisor.
* Follow up with technicians, service managers, and customer service representatives to address any incomplete tasks or outstanding questions.
* Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions.
* Review and update pending jobs, work-in-progress, and purchase order tracking.
* Sync Service Titan to QuickBooks daily to maintain accurate customer files.
* Assist in training new service department office personnel.

Role Requirements:

* GED or equivalent.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Management training or experience preferred.
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in a high-stress environment.
* High level of coordination and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dispatching software training.
