Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Nassau. This is a Full-Time Days position.
Chaplain Lead Job Duties:
* Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians
* Function as an active member of treatment teams
* Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy
* Assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers
* Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families.
Education/Cert note- Ministers licensed or endorsed by a recognized denomination are qualified to serve as chaplains as ordained. In addition, applicants who are board eligible are also to be considered as board certified under this job code.
