Thanks to our community partnerships and generous grant funding, we currently provide support and services in the areas of senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

* To be 18+ years
* To have reliable personal transportation
* To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
* Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
* Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

We would prefer:

* Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
* A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
* A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
