Dining Services Supervisor

Dining Services Supervisor - Monroe - Exempt - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community in a beautiful state-of-the-art environment - EXCELLENT BENEFITS including generous (optional) medical, dental and vision plans, 25 paid days off, pension plan and annual holiday bonus - 11:00am - 7:00pm including alternating weekends and flexibility - TheDining Services Supervisoris responsible for ensuring residents are receiving the highest quality of service in their dining experience and are achieving a meaningful dining experience. Supervise and train all dining assistants, oversee the proper order and flow of meals, and keep the dining areas clean and neat at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years' experience in restaurant and/or banquet dining venue required, preferably as a lead waitstaff or host/hostess/captain
- High school diploma or GED required
- Culinary school and/or some college preferred
- Supervisory experience required, experience with the geriatric population preferred
- Flu vaccination required or receive an exemption prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes

As a pioneer in the field of aging service, our Monroe Township residence is the result of decades of research and over a century of experience. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six "small homes"; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners.
