Eliot's Homeless Services Division is seeking a creative/strengths-based Division Director to provide oversight to Eliot's expanding Homeless Division.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that housing first and culturally sensitive trauma informed philosophies remain core tenets of care coordination, support service provision and programmatic oversight.
* Manage and oversee all phases of expansion/project start up in coordination with VP of Homeless Services, Senior Director of Operations & Special Projects and other relevant leadership including but not limited to: procurement and contract renewals, contracting, hiring/recruiting, vendor and/or sub contractual interface, programmatic workflow/data collection/reporting for startup project, and direct supervision of field and leadership personnel as needed/assigned.
* Continue to grow and diversify services and resources through private/foundation funding development. Collaborate with Development Leadership at Eliot/MSPCC in this realm.
* Establish and maintain collaborative relationships within Eliot (e.g. BHCP/CBHC) and outside agencies and ensure that appropriate referrals based on identified needs and treatment preferences are made. Participate in relevant care team meetings (internal and external) to ensure appropriate clinical and/or systemic involvement/interventions as it relates to care.
* Work collaboratively with municipalities, area Continuums of Care, local stakeholder agencies, and other community-based entities to explore and cultivate opportunities to increase quality of life for individuals and families served.
* Ensure that entitlements and/or services are maximized (e.g. ACO supports) in a collaborative fashion with individuals and families served across start up and existing programming within Homeless Services.
* Hold leadership meetings to disseminate information/updates and solicit feedback related to program operations and/or collective concerns. Engage in solution focused dialogue to cultivate a shared understanding as to how the respective team will move forward in addressing identified barriers/concerns.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and collaboration with Field/Outreach Staff including town hall style meetings, surveys, as well as training opportunities for professional enrichment.
* Participate and facilitate strategic planning, risk review/huddles, and leadership meeting forums within the Homeless Services Division and organization as needed and applicable.
* Ensure compliance regulatory compliance with respective contract and model fidelity in conjunction with program leadership and Quality Assurance Team and VP of Homeless Services including State and Federal outcomes reports, third party billing, and HMIS data collection and reporting.
* Provide after-hours consultation and guidance to onsite and/or leadership staff as needed.

Qualifications:

* Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or other related area.
* At least five years of related post degree clinical experience, including three years of supervisory experience and three years of experience in behavioral health and homeless services.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare, homelessness, behavioral health and substance use systems of care.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and service networks.
* Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow through until work is completed. Maintain knowledge of the vast array of community resources and how to access them.
* Maintain an understanding of public and private health insurance plans.
* Demonstrate sound judgment and effective, solution focused, problem solving skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with consumers, staff, co-workers and supervisor.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, full time 40 hours per week
