We're currently seeking a Mental Health Provider (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT or Candidate Level) to fill an opening with a correctional facility in Pueblo, CO offering competitive pay, flexible schedules, and great work-life balance.

Details & Responsibilities -

  • Competitive Pay

    • 8 or 10 hour shifts
    • Part-time options considered
    • No call or weekends required
  • Start Date - ASAP
  • Credentialing Estimate - 1-2 months
  • Mental Health Care. As a mental health provider with CDOC you will be care from the medical wing of one of CDOC's facilities. These clinics provide medical, dental, and mental health care to the inmates and are staffed by multiple primary care & mental health physicians and APPs.
    • Therapy/Counseling. 1 on 1 and group therapy & counseling.
      • Crisis Intervention
      • Treatment planning
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Collaborate & work with other mental health providers, nurses and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
    • Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

Required Qualifications -

  • One of the following license types in the state of Colorado
    • Will also consider a mental health candidate working towards licensure status
    • LMHC
    • LPC
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field
  • BLS/ACLS Certification
  • Able to pass a defensive tactics course (provided by the facility)
