  • The Independence Cross Country Program is seeking someone:
    • Who has a passionate and committed interest in overall health, wellness and fitness that "practices what they believe and preach."
    • Who wants to and can use the sport of distance running to help teach student athletes the important life lessons of commitment, dedication, work ethic, linking that work ethic to eventual success, discipline, patience, etc.
    • Who would have the time, desire and commitment to devote to the Independence Cross Country Program to help further develop it into the type of program that Independence student-athletes want to continue to be a part of and help grow it into a perennially competitive program, especially at the high school level, and especially with the Girls' team.
