QUALIFICATIONS:

+ RN nursing degree from an accredited college or school of nursing required (LPN acceptable in NY & PA)

+ Current state license to practice as a registered nurse required

+ Three to five years management experience preferred

+ Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care community or other related medical facility required

+ Compassionate, patient and good communication skills

+ Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
