Receptionist, Showroom operator/greeter

Porsche Warrington has an immediate opening for a full time receptionist. This key position has the important task of making a lasting positive impression of our dealership's customers and visitors.

As Receptionist, you are often the first person the customer sees or speaks within the dealership. As a result, you have an opportunity to make a strong, professional impression on every customer you come in contact within a way that reflects not only upon the dealership, but upon the entire brand.

Your role is to welcome customers to the dealership, to direct them to the person who can best meet their needs and to monitor the flow of customer traffic in the showroom. Light cashiering duties will also be performed such as collecting payments, posting payments accurately, and closing out all repair orders for the service department, as customers come to pay for their vehicle service or parts.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Creating a positive first impression.
• Answering dealership phone, greeting and receiving prospects and customers.
• Gathering accurate information.
• Responding to customer questions and concerns. Creating an engaging work environment. Delivering an exceptional experience.
• Directing customers to the correct department, notifying the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introducing the customer to the salesperson.
• Working cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Collecting payments, entering information and receipt of money, and closing out repair orders.

Requirements:

• Have a professional appearance, outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Must have excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task and general office/computer skills
• Must have cash handling/cashiering experience and strong basic math skills
• Must be dependable and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus
