• Required Procedures:

- Low risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), Amniocentesis

- Routine Delivery: Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for C-Section

- Complicated Delivery: C-Section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs

- Surgical GYN: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's

- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree laceration
• No of Beds: 18
• Other Info:

- Provider might be covering occasional D&C, management of ectopic, emergent GYN surgery, GYN readmit, though this is not a frequent occurrence.
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

• Active MO License or IMLC
• BC/BE
