* serves as technical resource by participating in staff training; answering questions of other professionals; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* maintains patient confidence by keeping laboratory information confidential.
* serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, and federal, state and local requirements.
* enhances laboratory services and hospital reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* provides quality and timely results in multiple areas of the lab including Blood Bank, Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Immunology.

Experience requirement: at least 5 years of previous laboratory experience.

Must be a licensed Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technician, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or equivalent. Or in an accredited MT/MLT program.
