Ability to collaborate among disciplines to achieve goals. Ability to lead people and facilitate multiple and complex projects. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, other personal computer applications, databases and relevant software applications. Ability to problem-solve, resolve conflict, facilitate decisions, and effect change. A high degree of time management, organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to set assignment priorities and work very independently to complete tasks in the specified time. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handle multiple projects. Professional maturity that sets the tone in carrying out the responsibilities of the position. High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned. Ability to work under stress. Baccalaureate degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Current NY state licensure as a nursing professional - RN or NP. National Case Management Certification or eligible and obtains certification within one year.
