Lovelace Medical Group is hiring a board certified/eligible Neurologist- Outpatient to join our established, employed team at the newly-opened Lovelace Neuroscience Center of Excellence in vibrant Albuquerque, NM. This is a general neurology practice (outpatient, clinical) where the selected individual will administer botox, perform EMG and read EEG. Located onsite at the Lovelace Medical Center, a Primary Stroke Center with a 21-bed stroke unit. Experienced and graduating neurologists interested in an outpatient clinical practice are encouraged to apply

About this Outpatient Neurologist Job Opening:

* Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)


* Join a team of 4 Neurologists and Support Staff
* Onsite procedure room available
* Outpatient Only
* Weekdays Only: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (32 hours per week)
* Dedicated Time: 1 hour lunch and 1 hour administrative daily
* Daily Patient Load: 14-27


* Shared Clinic Call: 1:4/1:5 (telephone only, weekly)- no hospital call required.
* Physician will administer botox, perform EMGs, read EEGs


* EMR: Epic

The Lovelace Neurosciences Center is a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. ft. facility that opened in 2017. The all-encompassing neurological clinic can help patients address issues from headaches to spinal and cranial surgeries and incorporates cutting-edge technology such as Gamma Knife Radiosurgery, SmartSkan, EMGs, EEG, sterotactic neuronagivation, brain endoscopy, brain mapping and awake brain surgery, artificial cervical and lumbar disc and vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty.
