Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized space.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and candidates.
- Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform tasks with accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
