Responsibilities

* Act as liaison between hotel guests and management.
* Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service in greeting guests, selling rooms and providing information and other guest services.
* Maintains customer accounts and collects revenue in settlement.
* Provides accurate, up to date information and direction concerning the hotel and its facilities to requesting guests, visitors, and phone callers.
* Promotes positive public relations.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Will train, no experience necessary.
* Good appearance and strong written and oral communication skills
