We are looking for experienced HVAC installers for multi and single-family new construction.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line residential HVAC equipment in our new construction customers' homes.
* Ability to read prints and drawings.
* Experience with installing ductwork, registers, thermostats, fireplaces, startup installed equipment and adjusting to the job and manufacturer's specifications, troubleshooting, and adapting to resolve/repair any/all issues. Experience with Central Air Flow Systems, Boilers, In-floor, Hydronics, duct, water heaters, gas/electric split, and mini-split systems.
* Maintain communication with your manager, parts, and installation teams.
* Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
* Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
* Keep your truck inventory up to date.
* Properly complete paperwork.
* Attention to detail, accurate documentation of hours, and material per job.
* Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
* Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
* Always maintain safety standards.
* Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
* Prepare operational reports.
* Update job-related knowledge or skills.
* Assisting with customers' queries.

Requirements

* Valid and insurable driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience in new construction.
* Certifications and training in HVAC are preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of codes and OSHA safety standards is preferred.
* On-the-job training and continuing education assistance provided.
* Have verifiable work history and references.
* Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone, and email.
* Ability to lift 80 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces.
* Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
* Have a great attitude that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
* Must be punctual with a clean presentation of themself and be prepared to work every day to provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness and attendance.

Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour; DOE.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am - 4pm.
