Job Description:

SCOPE: Responsible for providing leadership, development, and coordination of Mary Bird Perkins pharmacy services. Operational & clinical oversight for treatment regimen review, drug utilization and preparation of chemotherapy/infusion medications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy program required; PharmD preferred

Active Pharmacy license & Pharmacist in Charge licensure in the state of Louisiana or eligible for licensure in Louisiana

BCOP Certification - Board Certified Oncology Pharmacy, preferred

4 - 5 years of experience as a pharmacist

Oncology experience required

Management experience preferred
