Nursing Assistant Float

Pay Range:
Days: $15.50 - $17.11
Evenings: $16.60 - $18.21
Nights: $17.00 - $18.61
All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
- Previous experience or graduated from a Nursing Assistant program preferred.
- Ability to document on medical records and patient care forms and understand printed health related material.
- One year or more experience as a Nurse Assistant preferable.
- Computer experience preferred. Works effectively with others, possess tact, discretion and diplomacy.
- Ability to work under stress and complete duties sometimes with numerous interruptions.
- Must be able to write legibly and be able to document, accurately, type of care given.
- Must be able to communicate information to supervisor and co-workers.
- Must be familiar with equipment used to move patients, take vital signs and document.
- Ability to understand printed health related material.
- BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
Minimum Education Requirement -
High school level of knowledge preferred.
