Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Du koordinierst, steuerst und begleitest Projekte von zentraler Bedeutung (bspw. Projekte im Bereich "Innovation & Entwicklung")
* Du stellst eine optimale Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation aller Beteiligten sicher
* Du stehst allen Projektbeteiligten im Rahmen der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung sämtlicher Prozessschritte beratend und unterstützend zur Seite
* Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, identifizierst Risiken und entwickelst Lösungsvorschläge zur Risikominimierung
* Du sorgst für eine transparente und regelmäßige Kommunikation von Zielen, Meilensteinen und Vorgehensweisen
* Du gewährleistest die Projekterfolge durch effizientes Zeit-, Ressourcen- und Budgetmanagement

Deine Qualifikationen

* Du verfügst über ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Du hast Deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement idealerweise durch entsprechende Weiterbildungen vertiefen können
* Du punktest mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie durch Deine Expertise in der Anwendung von verschiedenen, relevanten Projektmanagement-Tools
* Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsaufgabe mit
* "Design-Thinking" stellt für Dich kein Fremdwort dar
* Du überzeugst durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Dein souveränes Auftreten
