We are seeking a Carrier Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to install, maintain, and repair Carrier refrigeration systems and or other transport refrigeration equipment used in various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Carrier refrigeration systems and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $23.50-$42.00 DOE

Sign on bonus of up to $8000.00 available for factory certified techs.

Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Job Duties

* Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of refrigeration units.
* Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
* Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
* Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
* Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
* Meet requirements for certifications.

Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements

* Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)
* Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
* Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration systems is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
* Experience with other platforms such as Thermo King are a plus.
* Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions and drive train, automatic transmissions.
