Knowledge of performance tuning at both server level and query level. Candidate must have knowledge of perfmon, SQL Server dynamic management views. Knowledge of SQL server internals. Knowledge of SQL partitioning and compression Hands-on experience on mirroring, replication and Always ON Must have automation experience. Good knowledge of scripting. Ability to write T-Sql scripts, Power Shell or Python. Excellent knowledge of SSIS packages. Hands-on experience on SQL Server Clustering. Come up with service improvement ideas and innovative solutions.
