Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Specific Duties:

* Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Triage and prioritize EMS response procedures to illnesses or injuries.
* Displays a working knowledge of service areas, including facility locations, municipal regulations, local procedures and geography.
* Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, as well as sensitive company and employee information.

Job Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED
* Medical terminology, preferred
* Ambulance billing/revenue cycle experience, preferred
* EMS/private transport experience, preferred
