Job Description:

SCOPE: The CSI specialist assists with the execution and support in the implementation and optimization of clinic-based information systems. The primary focus is to improve system quality to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency. The CSI specialist assists with the execution and support in the implementation and optimization of clinic-based information systems. The primary focus is to improve system quality to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintains deep working knowledge of OncoEMR workflows

2. Provides initial OncoEMR training to new MBP clinic staff and providers

3. Provides ongoing OncoEMR training to existing staff and providers

4. Apply system-thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills when considering changes or enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required

Infusion Registered Nursing experience preferred

Experience working with OncoEMR highly preferred

Experience working as a systems trainer/preceptor or systems administrator recommended

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

Time management skills to address severity and priority of open issues.
