We are seeking a full-time LVN to join our team and work the day or night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Your Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and catheter care
  • Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies

What You'll Need:
  • Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and its proper use
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Experience working in an acute care setting is preferred
