Salary Range: $32 - $36 per hour

As we continue to grow, we are excited to open a brand-new center in Loma Linda, CA. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is IV certified with at least one year of LVN experience and a minimum of one year of prior infusion experience. Qualifications:

* Education: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
* Licensure: Current, unrestricted LVN license in California.
* Certifications: Intravenous (IV) Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
* Experience: Minimum of one year post-graduate LVN experience; at least one year of recent infusion experience.
* Proficient in IV catheter placement and monitoring for complications.
* Skilled in aseptic lab drawing and subcutaneous injections.
* Strong assessment and monitoring abilities to quickly identify medication reactions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other computer applications.
* Ability to provide age-appropriate education to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

* Patient Care: Greet and care for patients respectfully, ensuring timely and safe care. Administer prescribed medications following drug protocols and within scope of practice.
* Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct vital signs and nursing assessments, observe and report patient conditions and reactions, and document in EMR.
* Education: Provide individualized patient education regarding treatments, answering questions, and distributing educational materials.
* Safety and Compliance: Follow the Five Rights of medication administration, adhere to OSHA and HIPPA regulations, and demonstrate infection control and sterile techniques.
* Emergency Response: Confidently respond to emergencies and document interventions.
* Team Support: Assist and support colleagues in all aspects of patient care, maintaining timely patient flow and documentation.

Compensation:

* Hourly Pay: $32 - $36 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
* Additional Benefits: this role is eligible for 401k
