Responsibilities

The Auto Claims Associate is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting commercial auto claims. The Adjuster Trainee is also responsible for, but not limited to:

* Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues
* Obtaining and reviewing estimates, evidence, reports, and medical records
* Establishing damages and reserves
* Processing payments
* Taking statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses

Training & Courses: The following will be provided by the company.

* Classroom and hands on training. You will be cross trained in different work-flows for the ability to grow within the department
* Must be willing to complete an adjuster license course

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and computer skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* Able to successfully pass Texas Adjuster licensing exam upon hire
