+ Join the only comprehensive, accredited and multidisciplinary cancer treatment center in 10 counties
+ Radiation oncology, radiation therapy, infusion clinic, pharmacy and pharmacist are all on-site
+ Integrated oncology service participating in cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards
+ Private Infusion Suites; 13-chair Infusion Center with chemo-certified nurses
+ 36 patient contact hours per week
+ The cancer center is part of 366-bed hospital covering 8 counties and approximately 280K residents
+ Hospitalist team in place, hospitalist handles admissions
+ CoC Accredited & NAPBC Accredited center

+ Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
+ $550K three-year guarantee + Production Incentive (providers typically exceed guarantee within 6 months)
+ Income potential $600K+ on production
+ **$100K Starting Bonus**
+ **$25K Longevity Bonus at end of year 1, year 2, and year 3**
+ $15K Relocation Allowance
+ Full benefits package including paid malpractice and tail coverage, paid CME/vacation/holidays up to 31 days/year, 403(b), 457(b), disability insurance
