* Position Summary
* Under the direction of the facilities manager maintains buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities of all departments.

* Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.


* License/Certifications: Boiler Operator Licensure (or willingness to obtain) preferred.


* Experience: Five years' related experience preferred.
